1. Overview

At Mojenn LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we believe that your poker strategy, hand ranges, and calculations are your own business. We designed Mojenn Ranger (the "App") to be private by default. We do not track you, we do not profile you, and we do not sell your data.

2. Data Collection

We operate on a strict "No Data Collection" basis.

No Personal Information: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.
No Account Needed: You do not need to create an account to use the App.
No Analytics: We do not track how you use the App, which buttons you press, or your specific poker scenarios.
No Location Tracking: We do not access your device's GPS or location services.
Photos: You can grant the App access to specific images from your photo library for card back customization. We do not scan or import any other images from your library. Your custom card backs are stored locally on your device in their final cropped form.

3. Data Storage (Local Only)

All data generated by the App is stored locally on your device. This includes:

Your App settings and preferences.
Your custom hand ranges.
Your saved table calculations.
Your custom card backs.

Backups: If you utilize Apple's iCloud Backup (or similar device backup services), your App data will be included in those backups, subject to Apple's security and privacy protocols. Mojenn LLC does not have access to these backups.

4. In-App Purchases & Third Parties

The App is free to use with optional paid features.

Payments: All transactions are processed securely by Apple via the App Store. Mojenn LLC does not see, store, or have access to your credit card information or billing details.
Third-Party Services: Apart from Apple (for App Store distribution and payment processing), we do not use third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or tracking software within the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us, and we will delete it immediately (though, as stated, we collect no data to begin with).

6. Your Rights (California & GDPR)

Because Mojenn Ranger does not collect, store, or transmit user data to our servers, we do not possess any personal data to export, correct, or delete upon request.

Right to Delete: You may delete all your local data at any time simply by uninstalling the App from your device.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
