1. Overview At Mojenn LLC, we build intelligent tools with privacy as a foundational principle. DeckCheck uses computer vision to verify playing cards, but it is designed to do so entirely on your device. We do not track you, we do not profile you, and we do not sell your data.

2. Camera Access & Local Processing DeckCheck requires access to your device's camera to scan your physical playing cards.

• 100% Local Machine Learning: The live video feed is processed instantly on your device using local machine learning models (CoreML).
• No Video Recording: We do not record, save, or transmit your camera feed or images to any external servers. The video feed exists only in your device's memory for the milliseconds it takes to identify a card.

3. Data Collection We operate on a strict "No Data Collection" basis. We do not collect personal information, account details, or analytics regarding which decks you scan or how often you use the app.

4. Third Parties & Payments All in-app purchases are processed securely by Apple. We do not see or store your payment information. We do not use third-party advertising networks or tracking software.

5. Your Rights Because we do not collect or transmit user data to our servers, we do not possess any personal data to export or delete upon request.
